Vânzări de imobile în scădere în mai 2024

În luna mai 2024, au fost vândute în România 43.601 imobile, cu 18.117 mai puține față de luna aprilie. Comparativ cu mai 2023, numărul de case, terenuri și apartamente vândute a scăzut cu 13.598.

În județul Cluj, s-au vândut 2.164 de imobile, dintre care 1.258 au fost apartamente sau duplexuri. De asemenea, au fost vândute 255 de terenuri agricole și 618 terenuri intravilane fără construcții.

Cele mai multe vânzări de imobile au fost înregistrate în București (7.390), Ilfov (3.269) și Brașov (2.271). La polul opus, cele mai puține vânzări s-au înregistrat în Teleorman (76), Sălaj (261) și Olt (299).

Numărul ipotecilor la nivel național, în mai 2024, a fost de 23.894, cu 1.806 mai mare față de mai 2023. Cele mai multe ipoteci au fost înregistrate în București (4.401), Ilfov (1.928) și Timiș (1.709). Cele mai puține ipoteci s-au înregistrat în județele Sălaj (38), Harghita (46) și Gorj (54).
