Desființarea liniei metropolitane M 34B care leagă comuna Baciu de Cluj-Napoca

Linia de transport public M 34B, care conecta cartierul Mera Noua din comuna Baciu cu Piața Gării din Cluj-Napoca, va fi desființată. Compania de Transport Public (CTP) din Cluj-Napoca a anunțat că această decizie a fost luată din cauza numărului foarte mic de călători înregistrat de la înființarea liniei, pe 27 noiembrie 2023.

Pierderile financiare cauzate de utilizarea redusă a acestei linii au fost considerate considerabile, motiv pentru care CTP a decis să renunțe la serviciu. În plus, compania va returna contravaloarea abonamentelor pe perioada neutilizată pentru toți călătorii afectați de această schimbare.
