Salariul minim pe economie crește de la 1 iulie

De la 1 iulie, salariul minim pe economie va crește de la 3.300 lei la 3.700 lei. Valoarea punctului de amendă, calculată în funcție de acesta, constituie 5% din salariul minim. Cu toate acestea, Guvernul a hotărât să înghețe punctul de amendă la valoarea de 165 de lei, până la 31 decembrie 2024. Decizia a fost luată printr-o ordonanță de urgență aprobată vineri de Guvern.

Premierul Ciolacu a declarat înaintea ședinței de Guvern: "Vom îngheța, astăzi, și punctul de amendă, astfel încât acesta să nu crească odată cu salariul minim pe economie," potrivit antena3.ro.

În lipsa acestei măsuri, șoferii ar fi fost expuși unor amenzi considerabil mai mari, întrucât punctul de amendă ar fi crescut de la 165 la 185 de lei.

În România, există cinci clase de amendă. Primele patru se aplică persoanelor fizice, în timp ce clasa a cincea este destinată doar persoanelor juridice:

  • clasa I: 2/3 puncte-amendă;
  • clasa a II-a: 4/5 puncte-amendă;
  • clasa a III-a: 6-8 puncte-amendă;
  • clasa a IV-a: 9-20 puncte-amendă.
