Compania de Transport Public Cluj-Napoca oferă soluții pentru evitarea cozilor

Compania de Transport Public Cluj-Napoca S.A. anunță că pasagerii pot achiziționa bilete și abonamente dintr-o varietate de surse, pentru a evita așteptarea la Centrele de vânzare. Aceștia pot folosi cele 62 de automate de vânzare amplasate în stațiile de transport public.

În plus, biletele sunt disponibile și prin aplicația mobilă "24Pay", dar și prin SMS, toate putând fi plătite cu cardul direct în mijloacele de transport. Aglomerația de la centrele de vânzare a fost cauzată de perioada lungă de concedii și de vacanțele de sărbători, dar și de necesitatea reinnoirii abonamentelor pentru pensionarii care nu au accesat serviciile în ultimele luni ale anului 2024.

Studenții au posibilitatea de a-și prelungi abonamentele lunare la automate înainte de expirarea celor existente pe carduri. Compania C.T.P. îi încurajează pe călători să consulte programul centrelor de vânzare și să le viziteze în intervalele orare mai puțin aglomerate pentru a reduce timpul de așteptare.

De asemenea, se recomandă utilizarea metodelor alternative de achiziție, precum automatele și aplicațiile mobile, pentru a evita cozile la ghișee.
