Tinerii din România părăsesc casa părinților la 28 de ani

Conform datelor publicate de Eurostat, tinerii din România aleg să locuiească alături de părinți până la vârsta medie de 28 de ani. Aceasta situație se dovedește a fi mult mai tardivă în comparație cu tinerii din țările nordice, care își încep viața independentă în jurul vârstei de 21 de ani.

Principalele motive pentru care tinerii români rămân acasă sunt veniturile mici și temerile legate de asumarea responsabilităților. Un tânăr a declarat: „Dacă nu te ajută cineva e destul de greu. E destul de complicat, banii sunt limitați, nu mai poți să îți iei ce vrei.”

Ciprian Iftimoae, sociolog, atrage atenția asupra diferenței de vârstă între bărbați și femei în acest context. Fetele părăsesc de obicei locuința parentală în jurul vârstei de 24 de ani, în timp ce tinerii bărbați așteaptă până la 29-30 de ani.

Studiile Eurostat evidențiază și problemele legate de condițiile de trai. Aproape 60% dintre tinerii români locuiesc în locuințe supraaglomerate. Tinerii din țări precum Croația, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Grecia, Italia și Spania depășesc tinerii români, mulți dintre ei continuând să trăiască cu părinții până la 30 de ani.
