Programul "Noua Casa" se continuă în 2025 cu modificări

Programul "Noua Casa" va fi menținut și în anul 2025, conform declarațiilor oficialilor guvernamentali. Cu toate acestea, plafonul de garantare a fost redus semnificativ, ajungând la 500 de milioane de lei, față de 1 miliard de lei cât a fost în 2024.

"Pachetul de garantare a fost aprobat la 500 milioane de lei și criteriile de eligibilitate au rămas aceleași, avans de 5% pentru locuințe estimate la cel mult 70.000 de euro și avans de 15% pentru locuințe estimate la cel mult 140.000 de euro," a afirmat purtătorul de cuvânt al Guvernului, notează stiridecluj.ro.

Pentru a beneficia de program, cetățenii trebuie să îndeplinească aceste criterii stabilite, care au fost menținute constante față de anul anterior.

Decizia de continuare a programului vine într-un context în care accesibilitatea pe piața imobiliară rămâne o preocupare pentru mulți români. Guvernul așteaptă ca prin aceste măsuri să sprijine cei care doresc să achiziționeze o locuință.
